For your comfort and security, and to ensure you have the best experience possible during your theatre visit, patrons are asked to read and follow the theatre policies below.
Food and drink not bought at the theater are prohibited, with the exception of water. Visitors must be over 21 to purchase alcohol and may be asked to show ID. Any food or drink in open cups will not be allowed in the seats.
There is no coat check or storage area, so it’s advisable to travel light.
The venue also has a strict bag policy:
- Only bags that can fit under seats will be permitted – no large bags or luggage
- Bags will be inspected before entry, so please plan for this to avoid delays
- Personal bags such as purses or backpacks must not be left unattended, and the venue accepts no personal responsibility.

The use of cameras/picture phones, and any other recording device is strictly not allowed during a performance. This is due to union and copyright agreements. Children under the age of 5, including babies, are not permitted into performances unless otherwise noted. For older children, please pay attention to the age recommendation and parental guidance listed on the show page when making a decision as to which performances are appropriate.
